Partner Yoga is a newly emerging healing art that expands the traditionally individual science of yoga into the realm of relationship. Designed for two or more people, Principle-Based Partner Yoga utilizes the forms and principles of traditional yoga while incorporating the presence of another to deepen the impact of the practice. In Principle-Based Partner Yoga there is no giver or receiver thus all partners are fully engaged in their own experience.
Our workshops provide a forum for examining universal principles in the context of relationship. We explore many of the interpersonal patterns that arise outside of yoga practice and learn new ways of being in relationship. In this way, Principle-Based Partner Yoga expands and redefines our understanding of intimacy - in ways that are safe and sacred.
The workshops are for everyone - with or without a partner - with or without prior yoga experience.
Elysabeth currently resides in Colorado and travels throughout North America and abroad facilitating Partner Yoga Workshops.
